Carluccio's are a national restaurant chain with over twenty five café/shops in the UK. ecsec are proud to have built 21 of Carluccio's cafés in the last four years, also refurbishing a number of other units, including a £120,000 refurbishment in seven days at their Market Place restaurant.
Carluccio's in Chiswick, their newest café was an existing fast food restaurant, with over 4,000 sq ft on four floors. The old restaurant had to be stripped out which included the removal and safe disposal of asbestos.
Unique features included ceiling coffers, ribbed laminated wall mirror with illuminated slot incorporating a rope light, Italian scene mural, banquette seating, rustic oak floor and the shop front pilasters and facia are clad in 10mm toughened white enamel glass.
The project was completed in 11 weeks and the value was £620,000.
