ecsec carried out the refurbishment of the toilet block and the surrounding area at County Mall in Crawley which is owned by Friends Provident.
The work consisted of stripping out the existing block, demolition, installing underground drainage, installing sprinklers, HVAC and a number of bespoke finishes including curved wash troughs and corresponding radius floor tiling, ceiling features and walls plus Terrazzo tiling to the Mall.
The project was undertaken on a fixed time scale basis with penalties for non-completion and was in fact completed in 16 weeks and the value was £600,000.
