The project consisted of a refurbishment and extension of a privately owned three storey terrace shop, office and residential premises.
The works consisted of adding a fourth floor including major structural modifications and repairs to the existing building, new drainage services and a complete internal re-fit including new kitchens, windows, bathrooms and stairs.
The project was completed on time and the value was £450,000.
