The Gate is the UK’s leading communications agency specialising in the financial services, charity and business-to-business sectors.
Having chosen a new location for their London office in St Katharine Docks, ecsec tendered competitively for the design and build of the internal fixtures and fittings from what was an empty shell.
The work was completed in 7 weeks and was carried out to The Gate’s exacting specification which included full IT installation for both MAC and PC based systems, glass panels throughout and all the mechanical works. In particular, a brand new reception area was created complete with direct access from the central lobby area.
The total floor area was 15,000 square feet and the value was £360,000
